Max has extensive experience providing audit and assurance services to the not-for-profit sector and has a diverse client base that includes medical and legal professionals, home builders, and a wide variety of small to medium sized businesses. Outside of work, Max has been actively involved in the local soccer community, having played with U of S Huskies. Max has also served as president of the Saskatoon Adult Soccer Inc. (SAS) and is involved with coaching his two children who play with the Lakewood Soccer Association. In his free time, Max and his wife, Erin, enjoy travelling.

Brenden has extensive corporate tax experience with estate and succession planning, shareholder remuneration planning, intergenerational transfers, and accessing the capital gains exemption. Outside of work, Brenden volunteers on a few local boards. Brenden enjoys fishing, golf, and biking in the summer, and curling during the winter months. Both he and his wife Shannon love caring for their sons and also enjoy traveling to spend time with family and friends.

Larry has also provided services in respect to the purchase or sale of a business. Larry provides tax services to both corporate and personal clients, including complex tax positions. Larry is the past president of the Estate Planning Council of Saskatoon and has served on various local boards. Outside of his professional practice, Larry enjoys travelling and has explored throughout Europe.

Jared earned a commerce degree from the U of S in 2015 and has experience in several accounting areas from indirect tax, personal tax to corporate accounting/taxation. He also recently completed his CPA program. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising, cooking, and watching sports with friends.

Barb joined our firm in 1987 and began as an administrative assistant. As the office developed and after gaining practical experience, Barb moved into a staff accounting role. With over 33 years of service, Barb has now taken a role as the firm’s administrator.
